As the President of the company and division companies she's
involved in the overseeing of the day to day business services.
At many of the projects she works right along side of her husband
and staff, a few of her expertises is pressure washing, sandblasting
and portable painting. Mrs. Elgin assist with many of the "Coal
Train Trans - Loading vac and recovery service projects.

Since 1990 Jim W. Elgin, Jr. has worked in the pressure wash industry
serving commercial and industrial customers throughout the U.S.
For nearly two decades.
Mr. Elgin developed a powerful service generating the financial strength
to work for more FORTUNE 500 companies throughout the Midwest than
any of it's competitors. Jim, is a specialists with targeted customer
projects.
When Jim first started in the industry one of his first projects was washing
trains. Shortly after the news traveled around the area the Kansas City
Southern Railway had Mr. Don McBeth, Jr. Contact Jim, Jr. Regarding the
Southern Belle Business Train to wash. Jim W. Elgin, Jr. Still works for the
Kansas City Southern and Don McBeth, Jr. and Mike Davis currently.
During this same time period Jim Elgin was thinking of other types of
services that perhaps other customers require ? Jim continue to focus
with various ideals to earn more revenue, having the business knowledge
working part time at his family business while attending junior college.
The answer actually was very simple to become more " Diversified " in the
service industry.
Mr. Elgin began marketing his new services contacting major Fortune 500
Companies with his ideals the warm reception struck him like a rock just
like a bolt of lighting. Jim became very involved with environmental
issues with many of his new customers assisting them with soil issues
and much more. In order to expand services will require additional
fleet equipment in order to handle all the new customers.
Mr. Elgin hired a consulting team to assist him with a financial over
view to present to his local Bank. The President contacted Jim after
a couple of weeks to schedule a time to meet with Jim, The request
was approved for the working capital that would allow Jim and Kristina
to expedite their new equipment purchases. Commercial and Industrial
Mobile pressure wash services will continue to be their bread/ butter.
Today Jim and Kristina service includes heavy equipment wash services
and open new markets in the Trans Loading vacuum and recovery
project field for the Railroad industry and related businesses.
Two additional services was added " Portable Sandblasting " and
" A One Of Kind Portable Painting Service. "
Since 1999 the internet search engine listings has rapidly played a wide
scope of growth in their earnings. During 2005 Jim was contacted by
the Discovery Channel from Hollywood, California to film his work in
action and to air the program on the " Dirty Jobs " TV Show
Host Mike Rowe. This is just one of many success stories. Cherokee
